Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Klawo Media website, why we process it, who we share it with and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for UK visitors, the UK GDPR.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, ul. Żurawia 6/12/766, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000442857, NIP (VAT) 5213641211. Klawo Media operates as a project within the Foundation.

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company or organisation, email, phone number, selected service and your message.
- Phone and email: whatever you share with us in a call or message.
- Technical data: the hosting server logs IP addresses, visit times and browser type for security and to keep the site running.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email or phone number we can't reply to your enquiry.

4. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don't lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the contract and then until claims become time-barred.
- Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax became due.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider's policy, usually a few weeks.
5. Who we share data with
- Hosting and forms provider: Netlify, Inc. (USA).
- Email and domain provider: OVH (France, EU).
- Accountants and the Foundation for billing purposes.
- Public authorities where required by law.
Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Contact us to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or, in the UK, with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to Google Fonts. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when laws or our tools change. The current version is always available on this page.
